PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार से प्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY पयाावरण, वन और िलवायु पररवतान मंत्रालय अजधसूचना नई ददल्ली, 7 ददसम् बर, 2022 का.आ. 5693(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, पयाावरण (संरक्षण) जनयम, 1986 के जनयम 5 के उपजनयम (4) के साथ परित पयाावरण (संरक्षण) अजधजनयम, 1986 (1986 का 29) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1), उपधारा (2) के खंड (v) और (xiv) तथा उपधारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II, खंड 3, उपखंड (ii) में प्रकाजित, भारत सरकार पयाावरण, वन और िलवायु पररवतान मंत्रालय की अजधसूचना का.आ. संख्या 2171 (अ), तारीख 27 अगस्ट्त, 2014 में जनम्नजलजखत संिोधन करती है, अथाात्:- उि अजधसूचना में,- (i) पैरा 2 के, उप-पैरा (1) में, “पयाावरण, वन और िलवायु पररवतान मंत्रालय, केन्द्रीय सरकार” िब्दों के स्ट्थान पर, “राज्य सरकार के सक्षम प्राजधकारी” िब्द रखे िाएंगे; (ii) पैरा 3 के, उप-पैरा (10) में, "पयाावरण, वन और िलवायु पररवतान मंत्रालय के अनुमोदन के दौरान, राज्य स्ट्तरीय पाररजस्ट्थजतकी संवेदी िोन मानीटरी सजमजत " िब्दों के स्ट्थान पर, "राज्य सरकार के सक्षम प्राजधकारी के अनुमोदन के दौरान, राज्य स्ट्तरीय पाररजस्ट्थजतकी संवेदी िोन मानीटरी सजमजत " िब्द रखे िाएंगे। [फा. सं. 25/12/2013-ईएसिेड-आरई] डॉ. एस. करकेट्टा, वैज्ञाजनक “िी”

MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FOREST AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th December, 2022
S.O. 5693(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1), clause (v) and clause (xiv) of sub- section (2) and sub-section (3) of section 3 of the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 (29 of 1986) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 5 of the Environment (Protection) Rules, 1986, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide S.O. number 2171(E), dated the 27th August, 2014, namely:- In the said notification,- (i) in paragraph 2, in sub-paragraph (1), for the words, “Central Government in the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change”, the words “Competent Authority of the State Government” shall be substituted; (ii) in paragraph 3, in sub-paragraph (10), for the word and letters, “Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, SESZMC”, the word and letters “Competent Authority of the State Government, the SESZMC” shall be substituted.
