5 4. Cost analysis for water supply scheme under National Rural Drinking Water Programme  Under national rural drinking water programme the water supply schemes will be constructed in two gram panchayats as mukba and dwari
 Mukhba- In Mukhba water supply cost estimated as 30.27 Lakhs for a population of 687 .  Per capita cost is estimated Rs. 4406.11for the project.
 About 55 lpcd water will be provided at stand post and 75 lpcd water will be provided at individual house hold level connection.
 As the water is an important component of sanitation so the water supply scheme is designed to connect 75 % of Households by private connection at base year, and 100% households upto designed year.
 In the water supply scheme the most of construction material is non local and provided by open market purchasing. The local materials as sand, stone & Grits are provided by the locally available sources, for construction of water supply reservoir for safe storage of water, roughening filter for filtration of drinking water, and source work for collection of water.  Dwari- In Dwari water supply scheme cost is estimated as 17.42 Lakhs for a population of 432.  Per capita cost is estimate as RS. 4032.00 for the project.
 Same the 55 lpcd water will be provide at stand post and 75 lpcd for individual house hold connection.
 Scheme is designed to connect 75 % of Households by private connection at base year, and 100% households upto designed year.

 As the water is an important need for drinking and other day to day activites.

6 5. Cost analysis of Individual House Hold Toilets  The toilets of individual house hold has been constructing under “Swatch Bharat Mission” and Swajal project is working just as a facilitator by giving as a amount of 12000.00 to a house hold after constructing new toilet.
 The above programme is set to achieve a mindset of 100% sanitation and made total open defecation free community at gram panchayat level.  Swajal project is not constructing toilets itself but just giving a motivation for total sanitation. In eco sensitive zone the above program should boosted on priority basis so that not a single house hold will open defecate.
 The solid and liquid waste management project is running under Swatch Bharat Mission guidelines for the scientific management of the solid and liquid waste at gram panchayat level. The project has consist of components as compost pit for the composting of cow dung, soak pit for safe drainage and disposal of domestic waste water, drains for safe drainage of waste water/ rain water.
 In the above project the overall cost the estimate is limited on household basis as per guideline of Ministry of Drinking Water & Sanitation Govt. of India.
 upto 150 household the overall cost of estimate limited upto Rs. 7.00 lacs
 upto 300 household the overall cost of estimate limited upto Rs. 12.00 lacs
 upto 500 household the overall cost of estimate limited upto Rs. 15.00 lacs
 and above 500 household cost can exceed upto Rs. 20.00 lacs in above analysis, the expenditure in per household comes around Rs. 5000.00, which includes compost pit for composting cow dung, soak pit for safe disposal of house hold drainage sludge water, and garbage bins for non biodegradable disposal of solid waste
