1. The Commissioner of Customs (General), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva invites online proposals for Repairing and Painting of Storage Water Tank of Hanuman Koliwada, Post- N.S. Karanja, Taluka- Uran, Dist- Raigad, Maharashtra.

2. Scope of work: i. Providing and applying water proofing treatment using acrylic polymer modified cement based water proofing coating with fibre glass mesh mixing at the rate of powder to liquid (2:1) by weight covering 9 to 10 Sqm/kg with two coat using Dr. Fixit or alike of chemicals for masonry and concrete surface by brush covering 7 years guarantee on Stamp Papers. ii. Providing and applying one coat of Gamma coating or equivalent such as Dr. Bake, Krishna Conchem, Asian paint, Atul Limited, Burger Paint, Epoxy Primer 50 to 60 microns thick and covering two coats of Gamma Coatings or equivalent such as Dr. Bake, Krishna Conchem, Asian paint, Atul Limited, Burger Paint 30 microns thick each to new M.S. Pipes and structural steel or concrete surface including repainting the surface by finishing by solvent degreasing and de- rusting by applying chemical method and scaffolding if necessary as per manufacturers specifications. iii. Providing and applying two coats of exterior weather shield paint of approved manufacturer and of approved colour to the plastered surfaces including cleaning, preparing the plaster surface, applying primer coat, scaffolding if necessary and watering the surface for 2 days. iv. Providing and fixing mild steel grill railing of 20 kg/Sqm. with teak wood hand railing, still and newel posts for staircase and including fabricating, fixtures, erecting, painting the grill work with approved oil paint and polishing the hand rail and newel posts with French polish two coats. v. Providing dry trap/rubble stone soling 15 cm to 20 cm thick including hand packing and compacting royalty charges. vi. Providing and laying in situ following grades of C.C. (M-15) of trap/metal for foundation and bedding including bailing out water manually form works compacting and curing finishing. vii. Providing and fixing 90x60 cm Granite plate engraving 10 cm height latter, figures including painting the latter, figures with approved colour and shade complete.
