No. 21-6/2010 WL<br>Government of India<br>Ministry of Environment & Forests<br>(Wildlife Division) ;<br>Paryavaran Bhawan,<br>CGO Complex, Lodhi Road,<br>New Delhi — 110003.<br>Dated: 17" February 2011<br>Office Memorandum<br>‘ Jepsoooicktok ;<br>Sub: Constitution of National Tri - State — Chambal Sanctuary Management and<br>Coordination Committee (NTRIS — CASMACC).<br>In furtherance to the Office Memorandutn of even number dated 07.01.2011, Competent<br>Authority in the Government has approved the following additional conditions for the working of<br>the Coordination Committee (NTRIS-CASMACC):<br>(it) ‘Lhe three Tiers of the Committee shall meet as frequently as the members may decide, but<br>the National Steering Committce (i" Lier) shall mect at least once in a year, the 2"! ‘lier<br>Committee shall meet at least once in six months and the 3"! Tier Committee shall meet at<br>least once in three months.<br>(ti) Any or all of the three Tices of the Committee may co-opt any other member(s) as per<br>requirement.<br>(itt} Each Uer of the Committee wil] meet at the place(s) decided and arranged by the Convener<br>of the respective tier.<br>(iv) The non-official members of the Committee will be entitled to travelling allowance and<br>sitting fee as per Rule SR 190.<br>(v) In case of travel by Air, the non-official members will fly by the national carrier (Air India)<br>only, to be cligible for reimbursement of the ait fate.<br>2s ‘This issues with the approval of the competent authority. /<br>(Prabhat Tyagi)<br>Joint Director (WL)<br>Telefax: 24366842<br>----- End of picture text -----<br>
