The tender is floated for prospective bidders herein after referred to as ‘the service provider’ having a minimum of five years’ experience in this field for Beautification of Porch situated at JNCH, Nhava Sheva,. Applying POP to close the cracks and holes in the wall to the smooth surface and then applying primer after that applying two to three coats of paint to the wall for the finishing. Unassuming Warli figures painted in white on red ochre walls using advanced Acrylic Artist paint to draw images of warli painting by trained and highly skilled artist as per the set norm. This painting enhanced the look of walls. 5 ANNEXURE C PREQUALIFICATION CONDITIONS

1. The bidder should have 5 years experience to conduct such type of work in the Government offices only. He is required of attach the certificate for Completions of work done in last 3 years.
2. The bidder must have average annual turnover of Rs. 1 Crore for the last two years.
3. Proof of registration with GST & PAN is essential and copies of the proof should be submitted.
4. The bidder shall submit the copies of returns of income tax returns for the assessment year 2015-16, 2016-17 and 2017-18.
5. Price quoted in the financial bid should be inclusive of all taxes and other charges, if any.
6. All tools, tackles, equipment etc. that shall be required by the contractor will have to be arranged by the contractor himself.
7. The Tender should be signed by the authorized person and his full name and status should be indicated below his signature.
8. Every paper of the tender should be signed by the contractor and properly affixing the seal of Agency/Firm/Company.

The applicant should not have been blacklisted or debarred fromparticipating in the tenders at any point of time by any of the Central orState Government, Semi Government or local body or any other agenciesat any point of time. 10. Details of viz. “After sales Services Facility” including name, address,contact Nos., etc. should also be mentioned in the offer. 11. Every tenderer should be accompanied with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs.20000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) in form of DD in the name of ‘Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH’. Scan copy of DD should be uploaded with the bid. 6 ANNEXURE-D TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The Work consists of procurement and Beautification of Porch situated at JNCH, Nhava Sheva, terms and conditions mentioned in tender documents.

1. The registration number of firm along with the GST registration number must be given in the tender Bid. (Enclose necessary documents).
2. Conditional/ Unsolicited tender shall not be considered. Tender should be uploaded on CPP Portal i.e. www.eprocure.gov.in before the last date of Submission of the tender. Physical documents submitted in respect of the said tender without uploading the same on CPP Portal i.e. www.eprocure.gov.in will not be taken into consideration by this office.
3. It shall be ensured that the spare parts/ items used for repair and maintenance are fault free i.e. free from material, workmanship and manufacturing defects. The goods supplied shall be of the highest quality, Consistent with the established and generally accepted standard.
4. Interested Bidders/Parties/ Firms should visit JNCH and inspect the Site before submitting the tender and any query or clarification sought for; they may approach Superintendent of Customs (Prev.), CHS Section, JNCH.
5. The JNCH administration will not be responsible for any loss or damage to Service Provider’s materials, equipment, tools, etc.

No other person except Contractor’s/Service Provider’s authorized representative shall be allowed to enter the office premises. In regard to the Personnel working in JNCH: a). The Service Provider should strictly follow the Labor Laws, Minimum Wages Act, EPF, ESIC and other Allied Acts. The Service Provider should directly deal with the concerned departments. The JNCH will not be responsible for any default. b). The Service Provider will be fully responsible for safety, welfare and any accident during the work. The JNCH will not be responsible at any time. 7. Every tenderer should be accompanied with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs.20000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) in form of DD in the name of ‘Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH’. Scan copy of DD should be uploaded with the bid. A hard copy of the DD should be submitted to CHS Section, first floor, Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, NhavaSheva, uran, Maharashtra-400707 between 11:00am to 05:00 pm on any working day before two days of submission of tender i.e. ------- Tenders received without EMD will be rejected outright. EMD exemptions will be as per Central Government rulings. 8. The TDS will be deducted as per provision of the Income Tax law. 9. Offers vaguely described or incomplete offers are liable to rejection. Successful bidder should deposit, within seven days of receipt of the work

7 order, 10% amount of the total value of the order as performance security in the form of Bank Guarantee with an auto renewal clause from any Nationalized Bank till the completion contract. 10. The payment of Beautification of work situated at JNCH as per the Technical Specification given in Annexure C shall be made in lump sum after satisfactory completion of the said work and inspection of the same by JNCH authorities. Submission of bills shall be in triplicate. No advance payment shall be made. 11. The Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH is not bound to accept the Lowest tender and also reserves the right to reject any or all tenders at any Time without assigning any reason. 12. The Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH taking note of overall facts And circumstances can change, add and relax any of the terms and Conditions of this tender notice. 13. The Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH reserves the right to terminate the contract at any time after giving due notice to the contractor in the event of unsatisfactory services or breach of contract at any respect. The Performance Security amount will be forfeited accordingly. 14. The prices quoted in the financial Bid should be inclusive of all taxes and cost of Beautification of Porch as per the Technical Specification given in Annexure B and other charges etc. The Service Provider should quote the prices for the same which is inclusive of the total cost. Further, any extra amount which is not mentioned in the financial Bid will not be paid by JNCH.

All relevant documents should be attached with bid. EMD (Earnest Money Deposit): The tender should be submitted with a Demand Draft of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) in the name of “The Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH”. PG (Performance Guarantee): The successful bidder should submit 10% amount of the total value of contract in form of Bank Guarantee with auto renewal clause valid till the contract expiry period from any Nationalized Bank, in the name of “The Commissioner of Customs (General), JNCH”. The Service Provider should fulfill prequalification condition of the Tender. The Service Provider should submit attested copies (attested by authorized person) of all the documents online on www.eprocure.gov.in The technical bid will be opened first in the presence of the Tender Committee Members and bidders.
