(4) के साथ पठत व य जीव (संर!ण) अिधिनयम, 1972 (1972 का 53) क# धारा 5क क# उप-धारा (1) &ारा 'द( त शि* तय+ का 'योग करते -ए िन/ निलिखत को रा ीय व य जीव बोड के सद1 य+ के 2प म3 नामिन4द ट करती है और भारत सरकार के पयावरण और वन मं:ालय क# अिधसूचना सं. का.आ. 1093(अ), तारीख
22 िसत/ बर, 2003 म3 िन/ निलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अथात् :— उ* त अिधसूचना म3,
(क) खंड (ङ) म3 ?म सं@ या (i) और उससे संबंिधत 'िवि टय+ के पA चात् िन/ निलिखत ?म सं@ या और 'िवि टयां अंत:1 थािपत क# जाएंगी, अथात् :—
"(ii) व ड वाइ ड लाइफ फंड (डC  यू डC  यू एफ) फॉर नेचर, नई द ली (iii) अरD यक, गुवाहाटी, असाम (iv) 'कृित सरं!ण सोसायटी, झारखंड
(v) ब/ बई 'ाकृितक इितहास सोसायटी (बी एन एच एस), मुंबई, महारा ";

(ख) खंड (च) म3 ?म सं@ या (ii) और उससे संबंिधत 'िवि टय+ के पA चात् िन/ निलिखत ?म सं@ या और 'िवि टयां अंत:1 थािपत क# जाएंगी, अथात् :

MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FORESTS AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th September, 2014 S.O. 2304(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5A of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 3 of the National Board for Wild Life Rules, 2003, the Central Government hereby nominates the following as members to the National Board for Wild Life and makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests, number S.O. 1093(E), dated 22nd September, 2003, namely:—

In the said notification,— (a) in clause (e), after serial number (i) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely:- “(ii) World Wildlife Fund for Nature-India, New Delhi, (iii) Aranyak, Guwahati, Assam, (iv) Nature Conservation Society, Jharkhand, (v) Bombay Natural History Society, Mumbai, Maharashtra.”; (b) in clause (f), after serial number (ii) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely:- “(iii) Shri V.B. Sawarkar,
(iv) Shri S.S. Bisht, (v) Dr. P.S. Easa, (vi) Shri. P.R. Sinha, (vii) Dr. R. J. Rao, (viii) Dr. Madan Mohan Pant, (ix) Shri Rajendra P. Kerkar, (x) Shri Lav Kumar Khachar.”; (c) in clause (v), after serial number (v) and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be inserted, namely:— “(vi) Punjab, (vii) Kerala,
(viii) Gujarat,
(ix) Tripura,
