पयावरण पयावरण पयावरण पयावरण, , , , वन और जलवायु परवतन मंालय वन और जलवायु परवतन मंालय वन और जलवायु परवतन मंालय वन और जलवायु परवतन मंालय अिधसूचना अिधसूचना अिधसूचना अिधसूचना नई द ली, 22 जुलाई, 2014 का का का का.आ. 1886( 1886( 1886( 1886(अ).).).). —क ीय सरकार, रा ीय व य जीव बोड िनयम, 2003 के िनयम 3 के उप-िनयम (4) के साथ पठत, व य जीव (संर"ण) अिधिनयम, 1972 (1972 का 53) क$ धारा 5क क$ उप-धारा (1) 'ारा (द) त शि+ तय, का (योग करते .ए, िन0 निलिखत को रा ीय व य जीव बोड के सद2 य के 3प म नामिन4द ट करती है और भारत सरकार के पयावरण और वन मं:ालय क$ अिधसूचना सं> यांक का.आ. 1093(अ), तारीख 22 िसतंबर, 2003 म िन0 निलिखत और संशोधन करती है, अथात् :-- उ+ त अिधसूचना म , — (i) खंड (ग) म , @म सं> या और उससे संबंिधत (िवि टय, के 2 थान पर, िन0 निलिखत @म सं> या और (िवि टयां रखी जाएंगी, अथात् :-- “(i) डा. A योित धुवC, लोक सभा, (ii) Dी दु यंत Eसह, लोक सभा, (iii) डा. एम.एस. िगल, राA य सभा ।”;
(ii) खंड (Ä) म , @म सं> या और उससे संबंिधत (िवि टय, के 2 थान पर, िन0 निलिखत @म सं> या और (िवि टयां रखी जाएंगी, अथात् :-- “(i) गुजरात इकोलोिजकल एजुकेशन एंड रसच (जीइइआर) फाउंडेशन, गांधीनगर, गुजरात ।”;
(iii) खंड (च) म , @म सं> या और उससे संबंिधत (िवि टय, के 2 थान पर, िन0 निलिखत @म सं> या और (िवि टयां रखी जाएंगी, अथात् :--

ट प ट प ट प ट पण : —मूल िनयम, भारत के राजप:, असाधारण म सं. का.आ. 1093(अ), तारीख 22 िसतंबर, 2003 'ारा (कािशत कए गए थे और त) पK चात् का.आ. 1249(अ), तारीख 8 नव0 बर, 2004; का.आ. 1324(अ), तारीख 1 दसंबर, 2004; का.आ. 802(अ), तारीख 16 मई, 2007 और का.आ. 483(अ), तारीख 25 फरवरी, 2010 'ारा संशोिधत कए गए ।

MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FORESTS AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22nd July, 2014 S.O. 1886(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5A of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972) read with sub-rule (4) of rule 3 of the National Board for Wild Life Rule, 2003, the Central Government hereby nominates the following as members to the National Board for Wild Life and makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests number S.O. 1093(E), dated 22nd September, 2003, namely:—

In the said notification,— (i) in clause (c), for the serial numbers and entries, the following serial numbers and entries relating thereto shall be substituted, namely :—

“(i) Dr. Jyoti Dhurve, Lok Sabha,

(ii) Shri Dushyant Singh, Lok Sabha,

(iii) Dr. M.S. Gill, Rajya Sabha.”; (ii) in clause (e), for the serial numbers and entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely :— “(i) Gujarat Ecological Education and Research (GEER) Foundation, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.”; (iii) in clause (f), for the serial numbers and entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely :— “ (i) Prof. Raman Sukumar, (ii) Dr. H.S. Singh.”;

(iv) in clause (v), for the serial numbers and entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely:— “ (i) Andhra Pradesh, (ii) Goa, (iii) Rajasthan, (iv) Uttarakhand, (v) Andaman and Nicobar Islands.”.
