उप-िनयम (2) के 3थान पर िन निलिखत उप-िनयम रखा जाएगा, अथा.त् : —
"(2) कसी पदेन सद3 य से िभ न, उप-िनयम (4) म0 िन5द* ट कसी सद3 य क पदाविध उसके नाम िनद7शन क तारीख से तीन वष. होगी या उस अविध के िलए होगी जब तक क अ; य ारा यथा अनुमोदत उसके उ! तरवत= का नाम िनद7शन न कर दया जाए । "

MINISTRY OF ENVIRONMENT, FORESTS AND CLIMATE CHANGE NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 10th December, 2014 S.O. 3111(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (2) and (3) of Section 5A read with Section 63 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (53 of 1972) the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the National Board for Wild Life Rules, 2003, namely:—
In the National Board for Wild Life Rules, 2003, in rule 3, for sub-rule (2), the following sub-rule shall be substituted; namely:—
“ (2) The term of office of a member referred to in sub-rule (4), other then those who are members,
ex-officio, shall be for a period of three years from the date of his nomination or till such period his successor is nominated, as may be approved by the Chairperson.”
