No.A-20012-24-2012-P-Il Consequent upon his inclusion in the Grade| (Under Secretary) of the Central Secretariat Service for the year 2025 vide DoP&T's Office Memorandum No. cs-5/1/2025-CS-I (U) dated 28.08.2025, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Nikul, Section Officer of this Ministry to the post of Under Secretary for the Select List Year 2025 with effect from the forenoon of 01% September, 2025.

2. The inclusion of the officer in USSL- 2025 is subject to final outcome of the Jarnail Singh batch of cases pending before Hon'ble Supreme Court and writ Petitions No. 6597/2012 and 3003/2013 before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi and also subject to order of any other competent court in any connected matter.
