No. A.120412/01/2013-P.1I-Part(Z) Consequent upon inclusion in the Select List of Private Secretary of CSSS, for the year 2025 vide DoPT O. M. No. 4/7/2023-CS.1I (A) dated 27.06.2025, the President is pleased to appoint following Persona! Assistants of this Ministry to the post of Private Secretary (PS) of CSSS for the Select List 2025 against Seniority Quota(SQ) with effect from the date of assumption of charge i.e. 01.07.2025 :-

v. Mohd. Danish vi. Shri Saurabh Kumar

2. The appointment shall be subject to the outcome of the following Court cases and also subject to any other order passed by any competent courts in any other connected matters:

i. Civil Appeal No.629 of 2022 (arising out of SLP (C) No. 30621 of 2011) in Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and connected matters Garnail Singh batch of cases); ii. Any other court cases in a connected matter.
