No. A-23012-2-2006-P-II-PT-II-Part(2) Consequent upon inclusion in the Select List of Section Officer of CSS, for the year 2024 vide DoPT’sO.M. No. 6/8/2025-CS.I(S) dated 01.07.2025, the President is pleased to appoint following Assistant Section Officers of this Ministry to the post of Section Officer (SO) of CSS for the Select List 2024 under LDCE quota with effect from the date of assumption of charge i.e. 01.07.2025 :-

i. Shri Gaurav Gupta ii. Shri Ambuj Kaushik iii. Shri Kunal Singh iv. Shri Gaurav Bansal

2. The appointment shall be subject to the outcome of the following Court cases and also subject to any other order passed by any competent courts in any other connected matters: i. Civil Appeal No.629/2022 in Hon‘ble Supreme Court of India and connected matters (Jarnail Singh batch of cases); ii. SLP No. 30621/2011 in the Hon’ble Supreme Supreme Court of India; iii. SLP No. 31288/2017 in the Hon’ble Supreme Supreme Court of India; iv.
