NOTIFICATION

F. No. A-20012-1-2009-P(D)-(PT). The President is pleased to extend the period of ad-hoc promotion of Shri Jitesh Kumar to the post of Assistant Commissioner (Forestry) in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate for a further period of six months beyond 28.06.2025, ie., from 28.06.2025 to 28.12.2025 or till his regular promotion to the post of Assistant Commissioner (Forestry) or till the post is filled up through deputation or until further orders, whichever is earlier.

  1. The ad-hoc promotion is subject to the following conditions: -

(i) The ad-hoc promotion shall not confer any right for regular promotion or for inclusion in the Seniority List for regular appointment or to claim seniority in the grade of Assistant Commissioner (Forestry).

(ii) The Government reserve the right to cancel at any time the ad-hoc promotion without assigning any reason and revert the Government servant to the post from which he has been promoted.

(iii) The services rendered on ad-hoc basis in the Assistant Commissioner (Forestry) grade would not count for the purpose of seniority in that grade or for promotion to the next higher grade.
