ADMIN-20012/4/2017-P-l] The President is pleased to appoint Ms. Ishita Dubey, Assistant Section Officer of Central Secretariat Service (CSS) as Section Officer of the CSS (Gazetted) in the Pay Matrix Level — 8 (247,600 -1,51,100/-) on ‘Ad-hoc’ basis in the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change, with effect from the forenoon of 27% June, 2025 Le. the date of assumption of charge as Section Officer. 2. The promotion/appointment will be subject to the terms and conditions as mentioned in the DoP&T Office Memorandum No. 6/20/2022-CS.1(S) dated o7 January, 2025, and also to the following conditionsi. The period of Ad hoc promotion would be upto 30.06.2025 or until further orders or til] their regular aopoiniment through SO LDCE 2024/under seniority quota or till the date of superannuation or till further orders, whichever is the earliest.

• i, The adhoc promotion shall not confer any right to continue in the grade indefinitely or for inclusion in the Select List for regular appointment or to claim seniority in the Section Officers’ Grade of CSS or for promotion to the next higher grade or for grant of NFS.

No. 57 of 2024 in the matter of Ishita Dubey vs. Union of India & Ors., before the Hon'ble Central Administrative Triounal, Principal Benen, New Delhi, Civil Aopeal Mo. 629/2022 and related cases pending with Hon'ble Supreme Court in reservation matters and orders of any competent court in any connecied matters and seniority/oromotion matters in SO/ASO/SSA gracias pending before any competent court, dA
