Subject: Strict adherence io the timelines for recording of Annual Performances Assessment Report (APAR) for the reporiing year 2024-25 in respect of officers of CSS/ CSSS/ CSCS through SPARROW portal - reg. The undersigned is directed to refer to the Deparirnent of Personnel and Training's (DOPT) OM No. 22-9/2025-GS.1 (APAR) dated 19th June, 2025 (copy enclosed) on the above mentioned subisct. 28, DOPT has again informed that the APARis pencling with Officers Reported Upon (ORU) have already been auto forwarded to the next level Le. Reporting Officer on 01.06.2025 as per stipulated timelines. The next deadline stipulated is 20.05.2025 for ine Reporting Oflicers ie make their assessmeni/ entries. The APARs would 0 auto-lonwarded ia the next level on 01.07.2025.

3. Accordingly, all the concerned Officers of this Ministry and its Regional Offices, along with NAEB anc CAQM are, therefore, once again requested io siricily adhere to ths timeliness mentioned in ihe aforesaid O.M of BoPT.

The undersigned is directed to refer io this Deparirnent’s OM of even nurnber dated 01.04.2025, 41.04.2025 and 27.05.2025 and reminders dated 08.04.2025, 01.05.2025, 08.05.2025 and 10.06.2025 regarding timelines for recording of APAR for the reporting year 2024-25.

2.2?The APARs pending with the Officer Reporied Upon have already been auto forwarded to the next level i.e. Reporting Officer on 01.06.2025 (at 00:00 Hrs.) as per the stipulated timelines. The next deadline stioulated Is 30.08.2025 for the Reporting Oificers to make their assessment entries. The APARs would be auto-forwardsdl to the next level on 01.07.2025.

3.??Nodal Officers for SPARROW of all the cadre units of TSS/CSSS/CSCS are once again requested to sensitize all the Reporiing Officers posted in their Ministry/Depariment regarding the timelines and the auto forwarding of APAR to the next level as per ihe prescribed timelines.
