No. A-23041-1-2015-P-II Consequent upon inclusion in the Select List of Selection Grade of CSSS i.e. Senior Principal Private Secretary, for the year 2024 (part) vide DoPT O. M. No. 2/1/2024-CS.II (A)(i) dated 29.04.2025, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Siddharth Singh, Principal Private Secretary of this Ministry to the post of Senior Principal Private Secretary (Sr. PPS) of CSSS for the Select List 2024(Part) with effect from the date of assumption of charge i.e. 09.05.2025 :-

2. The appointment shall be subject to the outcome of the following Court cases and also subject to any other order passed by any competent courts in any other connected matters:

• i. Civil Appeal No.629 of 2022 (arising out of SLP (C) No. 30621 of 2011) in Hon'ble . Supreme Court of India and connected matters (Jarnail Singh batch of cases); _

• i. Any other court cases in a connected matter.

3. The appointment is also subject to the terms and conditions as contained in DoPT O.M. No.3/8/2024-CS-iI(A)(i) dated 26.06.2024. 0
