2. Shri Ayan Chakraborty (SI. No. 1) is an Official with benchmark disability and his PwBD category shall be subject to mandatory fresh Medical Examination Report from the designated hospital in New Delhi. , 3. . The appointment of the Officials is subject to the outcome of OA No. 1102/2025 filed before the Hon'ble CAT, Principal Bench, New Delhi.

4, The Officials shall be on probation for a period of two years from the date of appointment, which will be subject io the terms and conditions of tie appointment made and accepted by them.

5. The appointment of the Officials shall be governed by the extant.New Pension System (NPS) notified by the Ministry of Finance No. 5/7/2003-ECB&PR dated . 22.12.2003 / Unified Pension Scheme (UPS) notified by the Ministry of Finance No. FX-1/3/2024-PR dated 24.01.2025 and as amended from time to time.
