NOTIFICATION - a A-20012-4-15-P-Il_In pursuance of Department of Personnel and Training's Order No. 6/9/2024-CS.1(S) dated 30" April, 2025, the President is pleased to appoint Shri Anil Yadav in the grade of Section Officer of CSS Cadre for the Select List Year- 2024 against Seniority Quota on regular basis with effect from forenoon of 01% May, 2025. |

2. The appointment of the above mentioned Officer shall be subject to the outcome of the following Court Cases and also subject to any other order passed by any competent courts in any other connected matters :

(i) Civil Appeal No. 629/2022 in Hon'ble Supreme Court of India and connected matiers (jarnail Singh batch of cases). , |
