_. ' Subject: Inaugural session of.“India 2047: Building a Climate Resilient Future” symposium on 19 March, 2:30 PM at Bharat Mandapam.

The undersigned is directed to state that Ministry of Environment Forest and Climate Change, in collaboration with Harvard University, is organizing a four days’ symposium ‘India 2047: Building a Climate-Resilient Future’ from 19 -22 March, 2025 at Bharat Mandapam, Delhi.

2.._ The symposium will bring together government, academia, civil society, and private sector to foster interdisciplinary dialogue and collaboration to address the pressing challenges posed. by climate change. This will enable stakeholders to develop strategies for a sustainable and climate-resilient future for India, which will require multipronged interdisciplinary planning.

3. The inaugural session of the said symposium will be graced by the Hon'ble Minister for Environment, Forest and Climate Change and Hon'ble Minister of State (MoS). All the officers of the level-of Under Secretary and above are requested to ~ attend the inaugural session on 19" March 2025, 2:30 PM onwards.

5. ‘Transport facilities will be provided from Indira Paryavaran Bhawan to the designated: venue from 11:00 AM (19/03/2025) onwards and last bus will depart from IPB at 12:30 PM (19/03/2025).
