4. The Terms of reference for Technical Specification Verifrcation Committee are as under: (il Review the procurement documents, including tenders, contracts and specifications. (ii) Veriff that tha delivered iT equipment matches the technical specifications outlined in the procurement documents. (ii1) Conduct physical inspections and testing of tJre IT equipment where necessar5z and report aly discrepancies or non-compliance.
