TENDER NOTICE NO. 11/2018 1. The Commissioner of Customs, NS-I, Mumbai Zone-II, on behalf of the President of India invites sealed quotations in two bids - Technical and Financial Bid from reputed technically proficient software service providers for maintaining the official website of JNCH www.jawaharcustoms.gov.in for the period from May 2018 to March 2019. The details of assignment includes :
A. To modify /re-design the Home page and introduction of search facility. B. Content Management and further improvement of the website. C. Making website bilingual as per existing instructions of Govt. of India. D. The Website should get audited/certified by the agencies listed in http://cert-in-org.in. E. Incorporation of adding more features as instructed by the Department from time to time. F. Updating of website as required from time to time.
The conditions of the tender notice are as follows :

The sealed Tender should reach the undersigned on or before 07.05.2018 at 1700 hrs. The Tender received after the prescribed time limit will not be entertained. For any information, Superintendent, EDI(HW) may be contacted on phone number 27244717 or meet him in person at EDI Section, EDI Room at EDI Service Centre of this Custom House on any working day between 11.00 am to 5.00 pm.

The quotation shall contain the price and full technical details of the service. The quotation should also contain full address of the supplier, telephone number, fax number and E-mail id.

The Commissioner of Customs reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.

The service provider should have sound knowledge of the website related operations and experience of operating the same.

The select service provider will be responsible for updating the website for 01 year from the date of operation.

The payment shall be made only after completing and operation of the work.

The time limit for completion of any assignment given by the department will be adhered to by the service provider.

Developer is responsible for rectification of any vulnerability in web application.

Training should be given to EDI staff for maintenance of content management.

The Commissioner reserves the right to cancel the contract with immediate effect, if the response is not found satisfactory.

The payment would be made on quarterly basis subject to the satisfactory performance, otherwise a penalty may be imposed, as deemed fit, by Commissioner of Customs, JNCH.
