Subject: Updated List of Registered Interested Parties in case of anti-dumping investigation concerning

imports of ‘Virgin Multi-layer Paperboard’ originating in or exported from Indonesia

  1. With reference to the above-mentioned investigation, it is informed that a list of all the entities who have registered themselves as interested parties before the Directorate General of Trade Remedies (hereinafter referred to as “the Directorate”) in the present investigation having initiation notification No.-06/20/2025-DGTR dated 30.06.2025 (Case ID - AD (OI)-17/2025) as per Trade Notice No. 11/2018 is mentioned in Annexure-I.

All registered interested parties are directed to forward the non-confidential versions (NCV) of their submissions (filed earlier and to be filed in the future) to all other registered interested parties at the earliest with a copy to consultant-dgtr@govcontractor.in, dir15-dgtr@gov.in, dir16-dgtr@gov.in and dd18-dgtr@gov.in. (For email addresses of the registered interested parties, please refer to Annexure-I)

  3. While sending these emails the following format should also be filled in:

Due care has been taken in listing out all the entities that have registered themselves as interested parties or have files comments/submissions before the Directorate in the present investigation. However, in case any interested parties have been inadvertently omitted or any information has been erroneously mentioned, the Directorate may be informed within 7 days from the publication of the notice on the DGTR website, at the email addresses provided above, so that list can be updated and no party is deprived of the process of exchange of NCV submissions or of effective participation in the investigation.
