NOTIFICATION

Subject – Remand Proceeding in the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Titanium Dioxide” originating in or exported from China PR

1. The disclosure statement has been issued in the subject investigation on 12th May 2026. Thereafter, interested parties were given time until 19th May 2026 to file their comments on the disclosure statement. In view of extension request received, the time to file the comments was extended till 26th May, 2026.

2. In compliance with the order of the Hon’ble High Court of Calcutta dated 20th May 2026, arising out of Writ Petition No. WPA 11284 of 2026, the time limit for all interested parties to offer comments on the disclosure statement is hereby extended till 16th June 2026.

3. Accordingly, the interested parties may file their comments, if any, latest by 16th June

4. It is further informed that no further extension will be granted.

5. This issues with the approval of the Designated Authority.
