Subject – Final sampling of exporters in the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Nylon 6 in any form, with relative viscosity of RV- 3.0 to 3.6” originating in or exported from China PR, Russia, Chinese Taipei and Thailand.

  1. The Authority has initiated the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Nylon 6 in any form, with relative viscosity of RV- 3.0 to 3.6” originating in or exported from China PR, Russia, Chinese Taipei and Thailand vide Notification No. 6/37/2025 dated 30th September 2025.

  2. On the basis of the information furnished by various exporting producers in the questionnaire circulated by the Authority, the Authority had proposed sampling of producers/exporters from China PR vide notification dated 12th May, 2026 and invited comments from interested parties.

  3. With reference to the subject stated above, on the basis of comments received from the registered interested parties, the following producers/exporters from China PR are sampled for the current investigation:
