Subject: Remand Proceeding in the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of
“Titanium Dioxide” originating in or exported from China PR
The disclosure statement has been issued in the subject investigation on 12.05.2026. Interested parties have been given time until 19.05.2026 to file their comments on the said disclosure statement. 2. Indian Paint Association has filed a request seeking additional four weeks’ time to file comments on the said disclosure statement. 3. Considering the nature of the present proceedings, and the time that is usually allowed by the Authority for giving comments to disclosure statement, the Authority hereby grants additional one week time to all interested parties to offer their comments on the said disclosure statement. 4. Accordingly, the interested parties may file their comments, if any, latest by 26.05.2026. This issues with the approval of the Designated Authority.
