Dumping Duties on “Certain Flat Rolled Aluminium Products” from China PR. 1. Attention of all interested parties is invited to the above-mentioned investigation initiated vide Notification No. 7/11/2026-DGTR dated March 20, 2026. The non-confidential version of the application filed by the domestic industry was intimated to all interested parties vide Letter/Email dated March 24, 2026. 2. Whereby, the interested parties were granted an opportunity to present their comments on the scope of the product under consideration (PUC), and product control number (PCN) methodology, within a period of 15 days from the date of intimation of initiation notification. 3. Subsequently, the interested parties were granted an additional 07 days’ time till 11.04.2026, to file comments on PUC/PCN methodology.
4. The product under consideration was defined as follows in the initiation notification: “The product under consideration is "Flat Rolled Products of Aluminium (“FRP”)". FRP is made in the form of Aluminium Rolled Coils, or Aluminium Rolled Sheets of various dimensions. The product scope includes all product forms and shapes of the products, inter alia, Coil, Sheets, Circles, Plates, etc., with patterns including mill finished or coated products. The scope of PUC includes products of all dimensions, diameters, thickness, widths, alloys, finish etc., excluding: i. Can-body Stock - also include Can End Stock (CES) used to make aluminium cans,· ii.

7. This communication is limited to clarifying the scope of the product under consideration for which the present investigation is being conducted. This does not preclude interested parties from providing relevant information and evidence to substantiate their requests for exclusion for any particular product during the course of the investigation. The Authority shall determine the scope of the product under consideration for any recommended measures, after considering relevant information and evidence furnished by all interested parties during the course of the investigation. 8. In view of the above, all interested parties are requested to file their questionnaire responses for the scope of the product under consideration set out above and in accordance with the above mentioned PCN-methodology latest by 28.05.2026. 9. No further extension of time will be granted by the Authority to file the questionnaire responses, as SSR investigation is time bound.
10. This issues with the approval of the Designated Authority.
