Subject – Sampling of Exporters in the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Nylon 6 in any form, with relative viscosity of RV- 3.0 to 3.6” originating in or exported from China PR, Russia, Chinese Taipei and Thailand.

Reference of all interested parties is invited to the above-cited investigation. The Authority has initiated the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Nylon 6 in any form, with relative viscosity of RV- 3.0 to 3.6” originating in or exported from China PR, Russia, Chinese Taipei and Thailand vide Notification No. 6/37/2025 dated 30th September 2025. The methodology for PUC and PCNs were notified on 30th October 2025. The last date for filing the questionnaire responses was 12th November 2025 which was further extended till 26th November 2025.

Multiple producers/exporters from the subject countries have participated in the investigation and filed questionnaire responses. A list of the Interested parties in the instant investigation has been uploaded on the DGTR Website which can also be accessed through the link provided below:

In view of large number of producers and traders from China PR who have responded in the present investigation, the Authority, pursuant to Rule 17(3) of the AD Rules, has examined the volume of exports reported by the participating producers from China PR and finds it appropriate to resort to sampling based on export volumes.
4. Accordingly, the Designated Authority selected the following producers along with their associated exporters for determination of individual dumping margin and injury margin, on the basis of the largest percentage of the volume of the exports to India from China PR during the investigation period.

Further, the Designated Authority has decided that individual determination of dumping margin shall be undertaken for all participating producers/exporters from Thailand and Russia which are as follows:

The Authority would determine the dumping margin and injury margin for non-sampled cooperating producers/ exporters on the basis of dumping margin and injury margin of the sampled producers in accordance with the provisions of the AD Rules. 7. The interested parties may offer their comments with respect to the same latest by 15th May 2026. In view of time bound nature of anti-dumping investigations, no request for extension of time shall be entertained by the Authority.

This issues with the approval of the Designated Authority.
