In accordance with Rule 16 of the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collectionof Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, I am directed by the Designated Authority to disclose the essential facts under consideration before the Designated Authority in the matter relating to the antidumping investigation concerning imports of “Titanium Dioxide” originating in or exported from China PR pursuant to Hon’ble High Court Judgment dated 22"4 September 2025 in remand proceeding.

This disclosure statement comprises of the following four sections:
Section I: General disclosure
Section II: Determination of normal value, export price, and dumping margin Section III: Assessment of injury and causal link
Section [V: Methodology for arriving at the non-injurious price (confidential copy for the domestic industry only)
