Subject: Third Extension for filing Questionnaire responses in the anti-dumping
investigation concerning imports of "Hexamine" from China PR, Russia and United Arab Emirates-reg.
- The Authority has initiated the subject investigation vide Initiation Notification No. 6/01/2026-DGTR, dated 16.03.2026.
- As per the Notice dated 17.04.2026, regarding the finalisation of the scope of the PUC/PCN methodology and the submission of questionnaire responses, all interested parties i.e., producers/ exporters/ importers/ users, etc. were required to submit their respective questionnaire responses within 37 days (i.e.24.04.2026) from the date of intimation by Letter/E-mail i.e. 18.03.2026. First extension was sought and granted till 01.05.2026, followed by a further extension up to 08.05.2026.
- In response to requests from certain interested parties seeking further extension of the timeline to file questionnaire responses, the requests have been duly considered, and it has been decided to extend the deadline until 15.05.2026.
- Since the trade remedial investigations are time-bound in nature, no further extension of time will be granted to file the questionnaire responses in the captioned subject matter.
- This issues with the approval of the Designated Authority.
