Subject: Extension for filing Questionnaire responses in the anti-dumping investigation

concerning imports of "Phenol" from Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa. South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand and United States of America. -reg.
The Authority has initiated the subject investigation vide Initiation Notification No. 6/12/2026- DGTR dated 19.03.2026.
2. As per the Notice dated 17.04.2026, regarding the finalisation of the scope of the PUC/PCN methodology and the submission of questionnaire responses, all interested parties i.e., producers/ exporters/ importers/ users, etc. were required to submit their respective questionnaire responses within 37 days (i.e.26.04.2026) from the date of intimation by Letter/E-mail i.e. 20.03.2026. First extension was sought and granted till 10.05.2026 3. In response to requests from certain interested parties seeking further extension of the timeline to file questionnaire responses, the requests have been duly considered, and it has been decided to extend the deadline until 24.05.2026.
4. Since the trade remedial investigations are time-bound in nature, no further extension of time will be granted to file the questionnaire responses in the captioned subject matter.
5. This issues with the approval of the Designated Authority.
