NOTICE FOR CHANGES IN INVESTIGATING TEAM AND
UPDATION OF THE LIST OF INTRESTED PARTIES

Subject: Changes in the Investigating Team and updation of the list of Interested Parties in

the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of ‘Virgin Multi-layer Paperboard’ originating in or exported from Indonesia

  1. The Authority had Initiated an anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of ‘Virgin Multilayer Paperboard’ originating in or exported from Indonesia on 30th June, 2025 under the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 (AD Rules).

  2. With reference to Order No. 4/1/2026-DGTR dated 5th February, 2026, the Investigating Team for the above-mentioned investigation has been changed. Accordingly, interested parties are advised to submit their submissions, if any, to the following email addresses: Shri Satish Kumar, Consultant (consultant- dgtr@nic.in), Shri Suraj Kumar Pradhan, Advisor (Cost) (dir15- dgtr@gov.in), Shri Amit Kumar, Director (Cost) (dir16-dgtr@gov.in) and Dr. Bhavik Prabhudasbhai Lukka, Deputy Director (Economics) (dd18-dgtr@gov.in).

  3. Further, if any party who wishes to participate in the present investigation may intimate the Authority through email at the addresses mentioned in Para 2 above for inclusion in the list of interested Parties by 8th May, 2026.
