Subject: Notice for clarifying the PUC/PCNmethodologyand extension for filing Questionnaire

responses in the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of Aceto AcetylDerivatives of Aromatic or Hetrocyclic Compounds also known as Arylides from ChinaPR.

1. The Authority has initiated the subject investigation vide Initiation Notification No. 7/04/2026- DGTR dated 19th March, 2026.
2. As per the above-mentioned Notice regarding the finalisation of the scope of the PUC/PCN methodology and the submission of questionnaire responses, all interested parties i.e., producers/ exporters/ importers/ users, etc. were required to submit their respective questionnaire responses within 37 days (i.e.26th April, 2026) from the date of intimation by E-mail i.e. 20th March, 2026.
3. The interested parties were directed to file comments with regard to the scope of the product under consideration, if any, and propose product control numbers(PCNs), if any, which were notified vide initiation notification No.7/04/2026-DGTR dated 19th March, 2026, within 15 days from the date of intimation.
4. No comments in regard to the scope of PUC and PCN have been received from any interested party and therefore, the authority adopts the same PUC/PCN as notified in the initiation Notification No.7/04/2026-DGTR dated 19th March 2026 without any changes in this case.

Further, in response to requests from certain interested parties seeking an extension of the timeline to file questionnaire responses, the requests have been duly considered, and it has been decided to extend the deadline until 11th May, 2026.
6. Since the trade remedial investigations are time-bound in nature, no further extension of time will be granted to file the questionnaire responses in the captioned subject matter.
7. This issues with the approval of the Designated Authority.
