NOTICE FOR ORAL HEARING

Oral Hearing in the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of
“Borosilicate Table and Kitchen Glassware” originating in or exported from
China PR
- The Authority has initiated an anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Borosilicate Table and Kitchen Glassware” from China PR on 30th September, 2025 under the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 (AD Rules). As per Rule 6 (6) of the AD Rules “The Designated Authority may allow an interested party or its representative to present the information relevant to the investigation orally but such oral information shall be taken into consideration by the Designated Authority only when it is subsequently reproduced in writing”.
- Accordingly, an oral hearing is scheduled to be held in hybrid mode i.e., both through Digital Video Conferencing (DVC) and physically in the conference room of DGTR at the above address. The details of the oral hearing are as follows:
Date: 30th January 2026 (Friday) Time: 3:30 PM (IST) Mode: Hybrid (Physical at DGTR / DVC)
- Post-hearing, all interested parties shall file point-wise written submissions the issues discussed during the oral hearing, under the following indicative headings, within the timeline announced by the Designated Authority at the end of the hearing: a) Product Under Consideration (PUC) & Like Article b) Domestic Industry & Standing c) Normal Value & Export Price d) Dumping Margin

e) Injury to Domestic Industry f) Causal Link g) Likelihood of Continuation or Recurrence of Dumping/Injury h) Non-Injurious Price (NIP) i) India Industry Interest j) Any Other Issues

Any interested party intending to participate in the oral hearing, either physically or through Digital Video Conferencing (DVC), is required to intimate the Authority at least two days prior to the scheduled date of the oral hearing, providing the following details:
- Name of the organization/company
- Mode of participation (Physical / DVC)
- Name and designation of participant(s)
- Email ID and contact number(s)
- Details of legal representative, if any

Registered Interested Parties are advised to submit their written submission and rejoinder, if any, to the following email addresses: consultant-dgtr@nic.in, adv11-dgtr@gov.in, dd19- dgtr@gov.in and dd18-dgtr@gov.in. Simultaneously, the non-confidential version of every submission/rejoinder must be circulated through email by the registered interested parties to other registered interested parties. A list of registered interested parties in the subject investigation is available on DGTR’s website.
