Subject: Extension of the timeline for filing the questionnaire response in the case of anti-dumping
investigation concerning imports of "Cold rolled flat products of Stainless Steel 300 and 400 series" originating in or exported from China PR, Indonesia and Vietnam- regd.

Attention of all interested parties is invited to the above cited subject. The Authority, vide communication dated 08.12.2025, had finalized the scope of the product under consideration and product control numbers in the above-mentioned investigation.

The deadline of filing the responses by the interested parties was stipulated as 15 days from the date of the said communication, i.e. till 23.12.2025.

Subsequently, certain interested parties have requested for granting an extension of the time for filing the questionnaire responses.

The said requests have been duly considered and it has been decided to grant extension of time till 07.01.2026 for filing the questionnaire responses. Please note that antidumping investigations are timebound and no further extension will be given in this regard for the filing of the questionnaire response.

This issues with the approval of the Designated Authority.
