Subject: Changes in the Investigating Team of anti-dumping investigation concerning imports

of ‘Virgin Multi-layer Paperboard’ originating in or exported from Indonesia

1. The Authority had initiated an anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of ‘Virgin Multi- layer Paperboard’ originating in or exported from Indonesia on 30th June, 2025 under the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 (AD Rules).

2. With reference to Order No. 4/2/2025-DGTR dated 4th December, 2025, the Investigating Team for the above-mentioned investigation has been changed. Accordingly, interested parties are advised to submit their submissions, if any, to the following email addresses: Shri Satish Kumar, Consultant (consultant- dgtr@nic.in), Shri Suraj Kumar Pradhan, Advisor (Cost) (dir15-dgtr@gov.in), Dr. Bhavik Prabhudasbhai Lukka, Deputy Director (Economics) (dd18-dgtr@gov.in) and Ms. Priya Soni, Assistant Director (Cost) (ad12-dgtr@gov.in). The non-confidential submissions should be circulated through email by the registered interested parties to other registered interested parties.

3. In view of the changes in the Investigation Team, all interested parties are hereby informed that all responses and correspondence related to the above-mentioned investigation shall be sent to the email addresses specified in Para 2 of this notice.
