of Aluminium” originating in or exported from China PR. F. No. 6/27/2020 – DGTR Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended from time to time (hereinafter referred to as the “Act”) and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Duty or Additional Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, thereof, the Designated Authority issued the Final Findings Notification number 6/27/2020-DGTR dated 07.09.2021 in respect of anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Certain Flat Rolled Products of Aluminium” originating in or exported from China PR. 2. In light of the Delhi High Court’s final order dated 7 July 2025 passed in Customs Appeal CUS AA 48/2024 which has led to the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal (CESTAT) Final Order No. 50471/2023 dated 13 April 2023 (passed in Anti-dumping Appeal No 51425 of 2022) attaining finality, the Authority hereby issues this corrigendum notification to amend the Final Findings to exclude 'Lithograde Aluminium Coils of width above 1 150 mm’ from the scope of the Product Under Consideration (PUC). 3 . In the note below the duty table in Paragraph 129 of the Final Findings, point “v” is added therein and stands amended as below: "+ The following products are excluded from the scope of the product under consideration: iii. Can-body Stock – also includes Can End Stock (CES) used to make aluminium cans; /v. Aluminium Foil up to 80 microns. v.
