Subject: Extension of timeline for filing Questionnaire Responses – Anti-dumping investigation

concerning imports of “Borosilicate Table and Kitchen Glassware” originating in or exported from China PR

With reference to the ongoing anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Borosilicate Table and Kitchen Glassware” originating in or exported from China PR (Case No. AD(OI)- 28/2025), it is informed that: 2. The Directorate had issued the PUC/PCN methodology on 28 November 2025, further directing all interested parties to file their Questionnaire Responses by 5th December 2025. 3. An interested party has requested additional time for filing their Questionnaire Responses. The request has been examined. Accordingly, the last date for filing Questionnaire Responses by all interested parties is hereby extended to 12th December 2025. 4. All interested parties are advised to ensure that both confidential and non-confidential versions of their submissions are filed within the extended timeline and that non-confidential versions are shared with all other interested parties, as per applicable Trade Notices. 5. Since the trade remedial investigations are time-bound in nature, no further extension of time will be granted to file the questionnaire responses.
6. This issues with the approval of the Designated Authority.
