Subject- Extension of the timeline for filing the comments on the remand back proceeding in the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Titanium Dioxide” originating in or exported from China PR-reg

Madam/Sir,

• |. With respect to the above-mentioned subject investigation, request has been received from few interested parties for granting an extension of the timeline to file the comments on the remand back proceeding notified through F. No. 6/03/2024-DGTR dated 17.10.2025.

• 2. After careful consideration, it has been decided to grant additional time up to 31.10.2025 for filing of comments. It is further informed that no further extension will be granted.
• 3. It is, therefore, advised to all interested parties to file their comments within the stipulated time as mentioned above.

4. This issues with the approval of the Designated Authority.
