Subject: Extension of the timeline for filing the comments on product under
consideration (PUC)/ Product Control Numbers (PCN) in the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of ‘Titanium Dioxide’ originating in or exported from China PR -reg.
Sir/Madam,
- With respect to the above-mentioned subject investigation, request has been received from an interested party for granting an extension of the timeline to file the comments on PUC/ PCN.
- After careful consideration, it has been decided to grant additional time up to 06th May 2024 for filing the comments on PUC/ PCN. It is further informed that no further extension will be granted.
- It is, therefore, advised to all interested parties to file their comments within the stipulated time as mentioned above.
- This issues with the approval of the Designated Authority
