Subject: Extension of the timeline for filing the comments on confidentiality issues in regard to

NCV of petition of anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Titanium Dioxide” originating in or exported from China PR-regd

Sir/Madam,

1. Reference of all interested parties is invited to the above-cited subject. The Authority has issued the initiation notification pertaining to anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Titanium Dioxide” originating in or exported from China PR on 28.03.2024 and the NCV of the petition of the said case was circulated to all interested parties on 12.04.2024. As per para (38) of the initiation notification F. No. 6/03/2024-DGTR dated 28.03.2024, all the interested parties can offer their comments on issues of confidentiality within 7 days of the circulation of the non- confidential version of the document filed before the Authority.

2. In this regard, requests have been received from certain interested parties for granting extension of the time for filing the comments on issues of confidentiality of NCV of petition circulated on 12.04.2024 .

3. The requests have been considered and it has been decided to grant additional time of 10 days i.e. till 28.04.2024 for filing the comments on confidentiality issues.

4. It is advised that all the interested parties i.e., producers/exporters/importers/users etc., their responses within the stipulated time as extended above.

5. This issue with the approval of the Designated Authority.
