CORRIGENDUM NOTIFICATION

Case No - AD-SSR 24/2020

Subject: - Sunset Review anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Seamless Tubes, Pipes & Hollow Profile of Iron, Alloy or Non-Alloy Steel” originating in and exported from China PR-reg.

F. No. 7/43/2020 — DGTR — Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 as amended from time to time and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Article and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, as amended from time to time, the Designated Authority has notified the final findings in the abovementioned investigation vide Notification No. 7/43/2020-DGTR, dated 30" July, 2021.

1. In partial modification of the above-mentioned Notification, Para 148 is substituted as under: -

“148. Under these circumstances, the Designated Authority recommends imposition of an anti-dumping duty on all imports of the subject goods, as detailed in column (3) ofthe Duty Tables below, originating in or exportedfrom the subject country, at arate equivalent to the difference between the landed value ofthe subject goods and the amount mentioned in column (8) ofthe Duty Table, provided that the landed value , is less than the value specified in column (8) of the Duty Table, for a further period offive years from the date of notification to be issued in this regard by the Central Government.”
