RESCHEDULING OF ORAL HEARING

Subject: Sunset Review investigation concerning imports of “Axle for Trailers” originating

in or exported from China PR

Sir/Madam,

  A Sunset Review investigation concerning imports of “Axle for Trailers” originating in or exported 

from China PR was initiated on 19.04.2020 under the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995. As per Rule 6 (6) of the AD Rules “The Designated Authority may allow an interested party or its representative to present the information relevant to the investigation orally but such oral information shall be taken into consideration by the Designated Authority only when it is subsequently reproduced in writing”.

The Oral Hearing in the above matter was scheduled to be held on 12th August 2021 at 02:30 PM (IST) via WEBEX Meetings platform.

The said Oral Hearing has now been rescheduled and will be held on 9th August 2021 at 3:00 PM via Digital Video Conference through WEBEX Meetings platform. The link and other details for joining the rescheduled Oral Hearing have been shared with all registered interested parties through
e-mail.
