Subject: Oral hearing in anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of “Sodium

Hydrosulphite” originating in or exported from China PR and Korea RP.

This is for your information that in the above mentioned investigation, the Designated Authority will hold an Oral hearing at 2:30 PM (IST) on 21st June, 2021 through Digital Video Conferencing.

2. Any registered interested party who wishes to join the DVC should provide the name of the organization/company, e-mail, mobile no., landline no., (with country/state code), name and e- mail of the participating legal representative/coordinator well in advance of the hearing date.

3. A list of registered interested parties in the subject investigation is available on DGTR’s website https://www.dgtr.gov.in/sites/default/files/SHS.pdf

4. You will be required to make written submissions (confidential and non-confidential versions) of the views expressed at the hearing and file rejoinders, if any, within the date and time indicated for the purpose. Interested parties are advised to submit their written submissions and rejoinder, if any, to the email address adv12-dgtr@gov.in, adv13-dgtr@gov.in jd14- dgtr@gov.in and dd15-dgtr@gov.in It may also be noted that all the Non-confidential submissions should be circulated by email by every registered interested party to other registered interested parties, as already directed vide email dated 18th December, 2020.
