This is for your information that in the above mentioned investigation, Shri Anant Swarup, Designated Authority will hold an Oral hearing on 22nd June, 2021 at 02:30 PM (IST) through Digital Video Conferencing.

  1. The web link and other details to join the Digital Video Conference (DVC) will be sent in due course over the email.

  2. Any registered interested party who wishes to join the DVC should provide the name of the organization/company, e-mail, mobile no., landline no., (with country/state code), name and e-mail of the participating legal representative/coordinator well in advance of the hearing date.

  3. You will be required to make written submissions (confidential and non- confidential versions) of the views expressed at the hearing and file rejoinders, if any, within the date and time as indicated for the purpose during the hearing.
