Subject: Oral hearing in
the Anti-Dumping investigation concerning imports of “Certain Flat Rolled Products of Aluminium” originating in or exported from China PR.
Original Anti-Dumping investigation concerning imports of “Certain Flat Rolled Products of Aluminium” originating in or exported from China PR was initiated on 8th September, 2020 under the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 (AD Rules). As per Rule 6 (6) of AD Rules “The Designated Authority may allow an interested party or its representative to present the information relevant to the investigation orally but such oral information shall be taken into consideration by the Designated Authority only when it is subsequently reproduced in writing”. 2. In pursuance of the aforesaid provision, and the prevailing Covid-19 pandemic, Designated Authority has scheduled an oral hearing in the matter through Digital Video Conference (DVC) to be held on 25th May 2021 at 3.00 PM (IST).
