Subject: Second Oral hearing in Anti-Circumvention investigation concerning alleged circumvention of Anti-dumping duty imposed on the imports of ‘Axle for Trailers’ originating in or exported from China PR.

  1. This is for your information that in the above-mentioned investigation Shri Anant Swarup, Joint Secretary & Designated Authority will hold an Oral Hearing on 22" February, 2021 at 12.30 Hrs (IST) through Digital Video Conferencing. 2. This Oral Hearing has been necessitated due to the reason that Shri Bidyut Behari Swain, the then Designated Authority at the time of first Oral Hearing which was held on 10" December, 2020, has been succeeded by Shri Anant Swarup, JS & DA. This development mandates that a fresh oral hearing be held by the new Designated Authority as per the judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the matter of Automotive Tyre Manufacturer’s Association (ATMA) vs. Designated Authority, in Civil Appeal No. 949 of 2006 on 07-01-2011.

  2. The web link and other details to join the Digital Video Conference (DVC) will be emailed to the registered interested parties separately. ,

  3. Any registered interested party who wishes to join the DVC should provide the name of the organization/company, e-mail, mobile no., landline no., (with country/state code), name and e-mail of the participating legal representative/coordinator well in advance of the hearing date.

  5. You will be required to submit written submissions (confidential and non-confidential versions) of the views expressed at the hearing and file rejoinders, if any, within the date and time to be informed during the hearing.
