TENDER NOTICE NO. 22 /2018

The Commissioner of Customs (NS-I), Jawaharlal Nehru Custom House, Nhava Sheva on behalf of President of India, invites sealed quotations in two bid stage manner, i.e. 1) TECHNICAL BIDS&2) FINANCIAL BIDS from reputed technically proficient software service providers for maintaining the Data Trade Returns (DTR) application software for Manual Bills of Entry and Shipping Bills and its Annual Maintenance, in the office of Commissioner of Customs (NS-I), JNCH, Nhava Sheva for the period from 01-April-2018 to 31-March-2019.The details of assignment also includes generation of following reports and providing the same to various departments.

1. Data Trade Returns (DTR);
2. Data warehouse report of manual Bills of Entry and Shipping Bills filed to Appraising Main(Import & Export) & CCO, JNCH,on monthly basis;
3. Manual licence verification;
4. Revenue statements like budget headwiseCustoms revenue statement;
5. ManualThokaNo. & date report (Export);
6. Group wise revenue report;
7. Reports pertaining to Cash department;
8. Reports generated for various agencies like DRI, CIU, SIIB, Vigilance &others, to be sent through Statistics section.

The conditions of thisTender Notice are as follows:

1. The sealed tender should reach the undersigned upto 16:00 Hrs.on or before 31.08.2018. The tender received after prescribed time limit shall not be entertained. For any further information, AO/EDI(Software), JNCH may be contacted on Ph. No.022-

The quotation should also contain complete address of the supplier, telephone No., FAX No. and E-mail id. 3) The Commissioner of Customs(NS-I), JNCH reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the bids without assigning any reason thereof. 4) The payment shall be made only after completion and operation of the work to the satisfaction of DC/AC, EDI. 5) The time limit for completion of any assignment given by the department will be adhered to by the service provider. 6) The Commissioner of Customs(NS-I), JNCH reserves the rights to cancel the contract with immediate effect, without assigning any reason thereof. 7) The payment would be made on quarterly basis subject to the satisfactory performance; otherwise penalty, upto5% of the contract value, may be imposed, as deemed fit, by Commissioner of Customs(NS-I), JNCH.
