Subject: Anti-Circumvention investigation concerning alleged circumvention of Antidumping duty imposed on the imports of ‘Axle for Trailers’ originating in or exported from China PR.

Sir/Madam,

Requests have been received from the interested parties that due to COVID-19 Pandemic, they are unable to file Questionnaire responses within the prescribed time limit as stated in the Initiation Notification dt. 15.09.2020 i.e. by 22™ October, 2020, therefore, to extend the last date of filing Questionnaire responses in the subject investigation.

The requests have been considered by the Authority and it has been decided to extend the last date of filing of Questionnaire Response by 19" November, 2020.

All interested parties are may now file their responses within the above extended timeline.
