Subject: Appointment of CPIO for the purpose of RTI(Technical) Matters-reg.

In supersession of earlier orders relating to appointment of Central Public Information Officer (CPIO), the competent authority, in terms of Para 5 under Chapter II of RTI Act, 2005, is pleased to appoint Dr. Gouri Shankar DDC(I) as CPIO, in place of Mr. Sunil Kulshrestha, DDC(I) & CPIO, who has been transferred to PG & RTI Division, CDSCO(HQ) to deal with the technical matters of RTI Cell, CDSCO(HQ), New Delhi.
