Crossline Communications, Rainawari Chowk, Rainawari, Jammu and Kashmir-190003 hereafter referred as Authorized Agent was granted Registration Certificate bearing No. RC/COS-001400 in Form COS-2 dated 23.12.2022 for the period up to 22.12.2027 , for import and sale of Cosmetics into lndia manufactured by M/s. AL-Rehab Perfumes Factory, L.L' C, Plot No. 1'10, Block'18' Al Jarf, P.O. Box 21455, Ajman, (United Arab Emirates) under the provisions of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act 1940 and Rules made there under. AND WHEREAS, the authorized agent has requested vide letter dated 24.02.2023 and subsequent letter dated nil received on 1o1o4.2023 for the cancellation of the Registration certificate Rc/cos-001400 daled 23122022 due to the reason stated that it is an internal agreement between the manufacturer and authorized agent due to commercial reason, the firm M/s.
