The said firm is holding import registration certificates vide IRN/COS-4N20221000001 dated 29.04.2022 and IRN/COS-4N20221000006 dated 14.08.2022 for import of cosmetics which are already registered in lndia vide RC/COS-002259 dated 03.03.2021 and RC/COS-002906 dated 16.01.2022 for the importers M/s. NK Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., 241,242,247 Vardhman Charve Plaza 3 and 4, Plot No. 21 Comm. Centre, KP Blk, Pitampura, Delhi, Delhi (lndia) - 110034 and M/s. Sawan Agencies, l-2 Kirti Nagar, Delhi, Delhi (lndia) -1 10015 respectively. It is stated in the letter that M/s. NKG Advisory Business and Consulting Services Private Limited had decided to surrender two registration certificates under COS-4A mentioned above. The firm has also mentioned that they have not imported any cosmetics registered under the said registration certificates. ln view of the above, M/s. NKG Advisory Business and Consulting Services Private Limited, has surrendered the lmport Registration No. IRN/COS- 4N20221O00001 dated 29.04.2022 and IRN/COS-4N20221000006 dated 14.08.2022 to this office.
